ALTEREDBLOOD+

ALTEREDBLOOD+ is a movement-focused first-person shooter developed and published by TRUEWORLD STUDIOS. Blood left across arena surfaces is a resource: absorbing it restores health and ammunition, while standing in it changes your abilities and weapons.

Sliding, dashing, rocket jumping and other movement techniques connect combat with platforming. Story missions and the Gravekeeper survival mode offer different ways to use these systems. ALTEREDBLOOD+ is scheduled to enter Early Access on PC on November 4, 2026. This is a work-in-progress launch rather than version 1.0. A Steam demo is available.
