Little Bat Games has announced that its debut title, Vampire Therapist, is coming to Steam on June 17th. With a real therapeutic approach at its core, Vampire Therapist allows players to explore and deconstruct the psyche of vampires from different historical periods over several millennia.

In Vampire Therapist, players embody Sam, a former cowboy turned full-time vampire in search of meaning within his immortal existence. Fortunately, Sam isn't alone in his quest for self-discovery. Assisted by a 3,000-year-old therapist named Andromachus, a reformed warrior and assassin, Sam delves into a journey of understanding. However, he isn't the sole seeker of assistance, as numerous other vampires grapple with their unique issues, ranging from agoraphobia to narcissism. Players are entrusted with the task of aiding the undead in realizing that despite their lack of life, they can still embrace a full existence.

Developed by a small team in Berlin in collaboration with Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, Vampire Therapist combines the dark atmosphere of European nightlife with humor in the style of What We Do in the Shadows and Horrible Histories. The game combines deep, introspective themes with warm characters, written and voiced by Cyrus Nemati (Hades, Pyre), with clear and expressive character design by Sibylle Hell (Sea of Solitude).

Every technique showcased in the game has been developed with the assistance of licensed therapists, ensuring the game carries an authentic and meaningful message. This upcoming IP seamlessly blends refined comedic writing, a distinctive gothic style, and exceptional voice acting to craft an immersive narrative experience.

Vampire Therapist will be available on June 17th this year on PC via Steam.
