Rightsized Games and Team17 Digital recently released the latest trailer for their upcoming roguelike resource management game, Undead Inc. The trailer provides the first glimpses into the life of an Endswell Medical franchise manager, with a March launch date announced.
When it arrives on PC, Undead Inc. will put players in the role of CEO of their own franchise Endswell Medical. Players will face the challenge of growing their business, maintaining financial viability and meeting goals set by an increasingly demanding board of directors using all available resources.
And while the publicly exposed branch of Endswell Medical keeps things afloat, its sinister underground is where the real transformation and lucrative magic happens. Players will research and develop biological weapons, dubious drugs and dangerous technology, all with the goal of selling to the highest bidder, while this situation will literally and figuratively remain behind closed doors.
Of course, the time will finally come when the truth will come out. In order to continue with Endswell Medical's ambitious growth strategy and help the board line their pockets, players will need to shut down their operations, secure a significant amount of money, equipment and other unnamed resources, and enough resources to establish a brand new corporation in the next city.
While it may sound tempting to employ the cheapest labor, in the end, the right person in the right position can make the difference between success and a biological weapon on the loose. Being at the top is challenging, and choosing the right CEO to lead the newest Endswell Medical franchise is critical to success. They each have unique abilities, fans, and backstories.
Undead Inc. will be available on PC via Steam this March.
