The Rogue Prince of Persia delayed until the end of May

Ubisoft and Evil Empire have postponed the Early Access version of The Rogue Prince of Persia from May 14th to the end of this month, May 27th to be exact. Namely, the delay was caused by the unexpected launch of Hades II on May 6.

“Since everyone, including our team, can't stop playing the game, we decided to let people try it out before we release The Rogue Prince of Persia. While we have full confidence in our game, it's not often that a game in the same genre, which is one of the most anticipated upcoming games of the year, is released into Early Access a week before your scheduled release.

Evil Empire said in a statement

The Rogue Prince of Persia is a new roguelite side-scrolling action adventure, visually combining elements of Dead Cells and the recently released Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. It has a fast-paced gameplay that combines acrobatic platforming and action, and the main protagonist can use different weapons and accessories, and upgrade them according to his own preferences.

Rogue Prince of Persia will be available for PC via Steam.
