Dystopika is a "city-building" title that offers a laid-back gaming experience, allowing players to construct cyberpunk cities. Moreover, it features straightforward gameplay where you simply click the mouse to position tiles and witness the growth of your city.
Although it feels more like a builder than a full game, Dystopika will require you to bring your creative visions to life, regardless of population, infrastructure or quest solving. There are no set goals or management mechanisms in the game; you simply have to connect the fields that will generate the buildings and supporting elements. This includes traffic, bridges, neon signs and other similar details that we recognize in this typical cyberpunk environment.
Don't expect too much from the gameplay itself; simply relax and immerse yourself in the visual and auditory experiences of your city. A rich photography mode gives you control over the time of day and allows you to transport your city into fantasy worlds through the use of filters, fog adjustments, sun control and camera adjustments.
This is not a typical city-builder game; instead, Dystopika is a tool for creating beautiful screenshots and wallpapers. It doesn't have a specific release date yet, but it should be available on PC via Steam.
