Turn-based strategy game Millennia releases at the end of March

Millennia is an upcoming 4X turn-based strategy game that guides players in leading their nation through a thousand years. Players will witness the progress of their civilization across ten ages, spanning from the Stone Age to the near future. Explore the unlocking of new technologies and lifestyles along the way.

This will be a title similar to the Civilization franchise, where different human eras will have their own rules, armies, buildings, goods and challenges. National Spirits will decide what our nation will be known for, giving us different bonuses during gameplay. The game will also feature six different domains that will affect your nation's focus, namely Research, Politics, Warfare, Diplomacy, Engineering, and Arts.

Millennia is being developed by C Prompt Games, an American studio run by strategy game veterans Rob Fermier, Ian Fischer and Brian Sousa. Motivated by a passion for games with deep and complex replayable systems, they bring their experience working on many famous real-time strategy games, including Age of Empires II, Age of Mythology, Starcraft II, as well as Orcs Must Die.

After a very successful debut during Steam Next Fest, Paradox Interactive announced that Millennia will be released for PC via Steam on March 26th of this year.
