All possible events, showcases, and announcements are coming to an end soon, with the highlight being Steam Next Fest, which will once again treat us to a large number of games over a week. However, what we can definitely say is that this year's June Steam Next Fest is packed with very good titles, and the question is how many of the games we will get to play. Here, we present five demo versions that you simply must try.

Flintlock: The Siege Dawn

If you haven't heard of this title yet, it is a very impressive hack & slash, soulslike, and RPG project by A44 Games. In this game, freed Gods and the wars among them have brought humanity to the brink of extinction. You play as Nor Vanek, a member of the coalition army who embarks on a quest for revenge. Accompanying her on this adventure is a strange creature with magical powers named Enki. Additionally, in the game, we will participate in epic battles against the Gods, explore a dangerous and expansive world, and master the use of various weapons, magic, and other tools.

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn releases for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 18.

REKA

REKA is an upcoming atmospheric base-building game set in rural Europe at the end of the 19th century. In it, you play as an herb witch traveling the countryside with your self-built chicken-legged cottage. As an apprentice to the legendary Baba Yaga, you will roam forests and swamps, collect plants, craft magical supplies for villagers, and customize your ever-growing home.

After a long wait, Emberstorm Entertainment has finally announced that the adventure of the young witch in the game REKA will be fully experienced in August. Although the exact date is still unknown, it has been confirmed that REKA will be available for PC via Steam.

Enotria: The Last Song

Enotria is a magical land bathed in the sun, inspired by Italian landscapes. Dark secrets are hidden behind its bright facades, and it's up to you to discover the mysteries of this enchanting world. Take on the roles of your defeated enemies by donning their masks, opening up new ways to play, each with their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Strategically choose which mask to face the dangers of Enotria and switch up to three custom loadouts at any time.

When the game is released, it will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on September 19.

Mirthwood

The new trailer invites players into a carefully crafted world where questing, looting, exploration, reputation and character development intertwine to create a deeply engaging experience. Mirthwood stands out by emphasizing skill development through action; as players interact with the world, their abilities improve, unlocking unique skill cards that further customize the game to individual preferences.

Mirthwood will be available in the third quarter of this year for PC via Steam .

Caravan SandWitch

In Caravan SandWitch, you embark on a journey driven by the mystery of a missing sister. As you traverse this beautifully crafted world, you will interact with various communities, assist them with their tasks, and meet new people along the way. The game emphasizes a peaceful and leisurely exploration experience, with no combat, death, or timers to worry about. It’s just you, your van, and the expansive world to discover.

This game will be available for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch consoles sometime this year.
