The action-adventure game and sequel to Morbid: The Seven Acolytes, Morbid: The Lords of Ire will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on May 23.
The sequel to the hit Morbid: The Seven Acolytes, the critically acclaimed isometric-style soulslike game that originally launched in 2020, Morbid: The Lords of Ire invites players to face various enemies while traversing a gruesome horrorpunk reality from a brand new 3D perspective. Players will rejoin their hero, Striver of Dibrom, to eliminate and traverse a world of evil creatures.
With an enhanced version of the Sanity system from the prequel, experience a dynamic adventure shaped by your actions that can bring incredible power, but at great risk and will dynamically change the way you experience the world around you. Furthermore, blast your way through your opponents using upgraded weapons and advanced upgrade systems, preparing to face the mighty Lords of Ire.
You will have the opportunity to explore diverse environments in five unique worlds, filled with challenging tasks and secrets to uncover. Enrich your weapons with runes to enhance their abilities and upgrade your arsenal, with the addition of a new and improved blessing system.
