Have you ever wondered what it would be like to step into the shoes of Theseus, walk through a wondrous labyrinth and try to defeat the minotaur? This is exactly what a game called Slay the Minotaur brings you. However, the minotaur's territory is not just its home. Ancient heroes still roam the labyrinth, while giant cyclops and other beasts consider it their refuge. Defeat these mythical creatures and become stronger to have a chance to defeat the minotaur.
You may find an ally in Aphrodite. Although this goddess of love has been burned by the repeated failures of previous would-be heroes, she will exchange any pearls you’ve collected and upgrade your powers in hopes you will be the one to finally slay the minotaur.
The loot chest you find inside the maze contains powerful weapons and helmets. Each weapon and helmet has a unique attribute and special move. Additionally, if you defeat the minotaur you will be ranked based on your time.
Slay the Minotaur releases in the first quarter of this year for PC via Steam.
