Rusty's Retirement is an idle farming simulator that sits at the bottom of your screen

Rusty's Retirement has gotten a lot of attention on Steam and social media. It is an idle-farming simulator that you can leave in the corner of the screen while doing other activities. This game is brought to us by solo developer Mister Morris Game, and is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2024.

The game is quite intuitive; in it you will plant crops, produce biofuel, automate and watch how Rusty, your faithful robot, works diligently with his assistants; from watering the plants to harvesting. As you progress, you'll unlock new crops, from juicy carrots to ripe tomatoes.

Organize a team of cute robots to assist you in sowing, watering and harvesting, and upgrade them to maximize their efficiency. Afterwards, use your crops to create clean and energy-efficient biofuel, the key energy source for these robots. It will also be important to sell the produced biofuel to other mechanical residents and reinvest the earnings for further development of the farm.

Rusty’s Retirement is designed to sit discreetly at the bottom of your screen, allowing you to do other activities while tending to your farm. You can adjust the view size for a less distracting view or activate Focus Mode which slows down crop growth.

It will be very interesting to see how far this game goes, and what we do know for sure is that there will be a release on PC via Steam.
