Studio Yarrow Games has revealed that its upcoming turn-based and deck-building title with roguelike elements, Tamarak Trail, is coming to Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S consoles, and PC on February 29. Pre-orders are available now on Switch and Xbox.

As a member of a secret society called the Sturgeon Lodge, it's up to you to solve the mystery of the crumbling country, hunt down the source of its corruption, and stop it at all costs. Embarking on this adventure, you can choose one of three characters: the Magician, the Tracker or the Detective, each with their own unique abilities and traits.

Depending on your preferred play style, different character skills and attributes allow you to devise a unique strategy for your character as you navigate this world. Procedurally generated paths create countless possibilities where you can encounter various events, monsters, camps, treasures and more. Each new discovery reveals new bonuses and strategies to explore.

To combat the monsters and nefarious foes you’ll encounter, you’ll have to be tactical in your dice-building, as each face could mean the difference between victory or defeat. Different dice sides can be used to attack directly, apply buffs and debuffs, inflict damage over time, defend yourself, or flip your dice to another side for combo-extending awesomeness.

But you won't have to wait that long to try the game, as a demo is currently available at to Steam. The demo allows players to explore the first part of the map as a detective, where they can encounter the first two bosses of the game. All abilities are available in this demo, and you will have the opportunity to upgrade Sturgeon Lodge with continuous updates that will be available in the full game.
