Action Square has officially announced that its upcoming dungeon crawler game, Dungeon Stalkers, which is scheduled for release in the first half of this year, will be participating in the upcoming Steam Next Fest. As a reminder, Steam Next Fest is scheduled for February 5th and will last until February 12th.

Last year we had the opportunity to play Dungeon Stalkers playtest which pleasantly surprised us, especially the way skills affect gameplay itself. Players assemble teams of up to three stalkers and enter a dungeon with up to five enemy teams. They face monsters and enemy players alike as they search for an exit point in a dungeon that narrows over time. Using one of six unique classes, players venture into dangerous depths to escape with their precious loot.

During this Steam Next Fest, players will have the opportunity to experience an improved version of Dungeon Stalkers compared to the first playtest. Various new features have been added based on user feedback from the initial test, including an improved voice chat feature for better user collaboration in a team, a ranking system, and new skins.

As many as 30 thousand players played the game during last year's playtest, and you can find more information about it via official website or Steam.
