Team17 Digital and Northern Irish studio Ambertail Games, with support from Northern Ireland Screen, have announced a partnership to publish the upcoming dinocentric store management simulator, Amber Isle.

Coming to Steam and Nintendo Switch, Amber Isle invites players to a friendly village of the same name full of prehistoric animals. As the new and only merchant on Amber Isle, you'll need to stock your shop with everything their Paleo-friends might need. Namely, every customer has their own unique needs and behaviors, so you will have to bargain and advocate in order to get the best possible price.

Once you've created your own Paleo character, you'll spend your days maintaining your shop, making friends with the locals, and improving the village enough to convince other Paleofolks to come back and settle it permanently. You'll need to personalize and oversee the shop according to your vision, utilizing earnings to unlock fresh decor, walls, flooring, and additional elements, allowing you to design the space to your liking.

Ambler Island is home to 48 different villagers and animals to befriend, including Ice Age mammals, amphibians, marine animals, invertebrates and more. Plus, you can express your love of prehistory and shape your very own Paleofolk by customizing their clothing, crests, and colors to create your ideal persona.

Amber Isle still has no specific release date and will be available on Steam and Nintendo Switch platforms.
