Act Normal Games announced that Rauniot, an isometric point-and-click game, will launch on April 17th for PC via Steam. Rauniot is a post-apocalyptic adventure full of intriguing puzzles, set in the beautiful and detailed landscape of northern Finland.

The story of this game takes place during the year 1975, when a devastating natural disaster pushed civilization over the edge. Riots, mass conflicts and wars have destroyed the planet. Some continents were submerged by seas and heavy pollution spread due to collapsed nuclear power plants and subsequent explosions. Children are born mutated or dead, often taking their mothers with them; fathers walk alone in bitterness and sorrow. In this sad new world, nature and humanity struggle to survive and find balance.

Despite this, some individuals have managed to find mutual trust enough to form groups that provide protection, food, clean water, medicine, electricity and essential knowledge. You play as Aino, one of the lucky few who are part of such a group. But in this ruthless new world, moving won't be easy. The only things that keep you from complete isolation during these perilous journeys are cunning and determination.

Main features:

  • Over 70 beautifully detailed scenes
  • Seamless and intuitive control system
  • Many classic puzzles that vary in difficulty
  • Some puzzles can be solved in different ways and in different order
  • Unique Finnish melancholic atmosphere
  • Informative notebook to keep track of the adventure
  • Authentic Finnish voiceovers.
