Who says indie games can't look great? Right now, Vision Forge is developing Pine Harbor, an upcoming FPS horror game with photorealistic graphics made on Unreal Engine 5.

The story in Pine Harbor takes place in a small abandoned fishing town along the coast of the North Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by cliffs, dense pine forests and misty landscapes. Once a lively and bustling place, the city is now devastated by a technological disaster, inhabited only by monsters and rare survivors that you will encounter as you progress through the game.

Your role in the game is to navigate through the fog-shrouded town of Pine Harbor and its surroundings. During your journey, collect resources and equipment to improve your chances of survival during each night. By exploring the city and the dark forests that surround it, you will have the opportunity to help the survivors and discover their secrets and stories.

What's more, you can already explore Pine Harbor for yourself as the demo version of the game is available at Steam. According to the team's latest announcement, the game is scheduled to launch in early access on Steam in the spring of 2024.
