After a successful participation at the Steam Next Fest, SOEDESCO® and Gardenfiend Games have shared more information about their upcoming title, Perennial Order, revealing that this 2D horror boss rush will soon be available digitally on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 consoles for $19.99.
Perennial Order is a plant-based horror game set in a Dark Ages world infested with natural horrors. Although relatively simple to play, Perennial Order stands out for its 2D style, dark atmosphere and exceptional character design. The immersive experience is enhanced by the background music that guides you through the game, complemented by well-designed and thoughtful sounds.
You will have the opportunity to defeat unique bosses that hide around every corner and bring with them different challenges. These are followed by intense Lovecraftian-inspired combat that uses complex controls, meaning that one wrong move can mean death. We will be able to explore this world alone or with another friend, that is, the game offers the possibility of playing locally or online. Additionally, interesting NPCs await you during your journey, each with their own story.
