Moon Studios, known for Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps, unveiled its upcoming project during The Game Awards 2023 event. Called No Rest for the Wicked, this is the studio's first entry into the Diablo genre of isometric action RPGs.

The game No Rest for the Wicked, at least according to the presentation so far, is significantly different from the Ori games, but it still bears the distinctive stamp of Moon Studios. It is set in a beautiful world with emphasized verticality and scale, plenty of hidden treasures, monsters to fight and varied missions. At the same time, the game offers intense action combat that requires the use of skills, practice and strategic thinking.

Players will have the option to face monsters and enemy armies alone or join up to three other players in online co-op mode. This includes the option to work together to overcome challenges or split the group completely so that each player can explore on their own.

No Rest for the Wicked is published by Private Division, and is planned to be released first in Early Access on PC during the first quarter of 2024, with full releases planned later for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Details will be announced on March 1st during a livestream called "Wicked Inside", which will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitch.
