Moon Studios, known for Ori and the Blind Forest, has confirmed that its promising Diablo-esque Soulslike game No Rest for the Wicked contains offline way of playing.

Gennadiy Korol, co-founder of Moon Studios, confirmed this mode via a post on platform X, stressing that it should be a "common thing" for most games. He announced that No Rest for the Wicked will not require an internet connection for single player and will have rich content in it. Although the game was originally designed with multiplayer in mind, they wanted to make sure that offline play didn't feel like a secondary part, meaning that players could enjoy the game whenever they wanted to, even when the connection quality wasn't ideal.

Korol added that the game's initial launch for PC on April 18 will "focus on the single-player experience," while more details on multiplayer will be announced at a later date. No Rest for the Wicked plans to allow up to three players to play together, allowing you to explore the game world and do your own thing independently of others.

No Rest for the Wicked is coming to Steam Early Access April 18, 2024, and will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and other PC platforms a little later.
