Publisher PlaySide Publishing and developer Fumi Games have released a new trailer for MOUSE, a noir first-person shooter inspired by 1930s cartoons.

MOUSE is a black-and-white first-person shooter in which we'll play the role of a private detective exploring a noir city full of gangs, mafias, and shady characters, and we'll have a diverse arsenal of weapons, power-ups, and explosives at hand to stop corrupt politicians from taking over. The game has a unique visual style that draws inspiration from the charm of 1930s animated films, which transports us to the nostalgic era of early cartoons.

In the trailer provided below, we were introduced to several new gameplay mechanics awaiting us in this game. We got a glimpse of the grappling hook, enabling faster movement and access to hard-to-reach areas. Additionally, a substantial amount of aerial action awaits us with the helicopter, and there's also melee combat where PowerUp Spinach grants special strength.

MOUSE releases in 2025 for PC via Steam.
