Turn-based tactical game, Crown Wars: The Black Prince, unveiled a new trailer during Nacon Connect, showcasing 13 types of realistic upgradeable weapons, along with unique skills that allow players to design their own strategic combat.
In the midst of the 100 Year War, a period of bloody conflict between rival royal families, players must build their army to investigate the source of the darkness and thwart the Order's plot. This title lets you explore 14th century France, featuring iconic characters like Nicolas Flamel and Edward of Woodstock, and will use faithfully recreated weapons.
You'll need to upgrade up to seven buildings to restore your estate to its former glory, as well as create new weapons, concoct potions and craft items for battle. In addition, the goal is to assemble a team of six soldiers of different classes (Crusader, Alchemist, Beastmaster, Flayer, Duelist and Gunner) and optimize their moves, using various skills, synergies and terrain. This game allows you to prove your tactical intelligence in a gameplay that pays homage to the cult classics of this genre.
These classes will be accompanied by 32 colorful companions who also come with special skills and attacks. What is specific about this game is that you can capture enemies to make them your prisoners, and each of them has one or more effects that give bonuses to your followers or buildings. It's up to you to decide whether to keep them and their bonus effects or release them in exchange for a ransom.
Crown Wars: The Black Prince will be available on March 14 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
