Last Minute Studios from Turkey is working on Mystopia, a relaxing sandbox game where you can build your own worlds and craft magical potions. They recently announced that you will be able play the demo version of this game July 18 on Steam.
Cozy games are one of the few genres where you can always find something unique and relaxing, offering a break from daily stresses. Mystopia adds a distinctive twist to this genre. Instead of providing everything upfront, it lets you discover blocks inspired by witchcraft and use potions for mystifying effects to build your worlds. There are no limits, and as you explore, letters appear revealing new blocks. Simply mix different ingredients in the cauldron at the center of the map and watch how it shapes your world.
The blocks you get from the letters can be anything from ground and plants to magic hats and octopus legs, offering endless possibilities. You can design your world however you like because there is no wrong way to play Mystopia. Each potion has a different effect and by mixing items found in your world, you discover various recipes. The game also has great replayability, so you won’t get tired of it quickly.
