Gearbox Publishing and developer abstraction have announced Gigantic: Rampage Edition, the “premium and definitive edition” of the original MOBA shooter Gigantic from Motiga. This title will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on April 9 for $19.99.
Gigantic: Rampage Edition delivers dynamic and exciting team-based multiplayer gameplay, featuring a unique art style and a diverse roster of playable heroes, each with a set of upgradeable abilities. Players will be able to work with four teammates to control objectives and take down the opposing team's powerful guard while defending their own. Rampage Edition brings new features, including cross-play support, additional heroes, new game modes, maps, upgraded content, and various other improvements. As a premium edition, the game will not feature microtransactions, allowing all content to be unlocked through gameplay or currency that can be earned while playing.
Twenty-three heroes return with a unique set of offensive and defensive abilities, including their own ultimates. The game offers three modes: rush (a more accessible, faster and action mode for all players), clash (a mode that was also played in the original game) and customs em>(create your own matches independently).
Following the launch of Rampage Edition a Ranked Mode and new hero skins will be released for free via updates.
