The new trailer invites players into a carefully crafted world where questing, looting, exploration, reputation and character development intertwine to create a deeply engaging experience. Mirthwood stands out by emphasizing skill development through action; as players interact with the world, their abilities improve, unlocking unique skill cards that further customize the game to individual preferences.
The game further expands its horizons by allowing players to recruit NPC companions, facing countless dangers lurking in the shadows of this mystical world. But that is not all; Bad Ridge Games also introduced a new mechanic – falconry. This unique feature allows players to bond with birds, which will not only help them uncover hidden treasures, but will also play a key role in navigating the complex landscapes of Mirthwood.
Freelands encompasses many different landscapes, from charming villages and lush forests to harsh deserts and snowy mountain peaks, meaning you'll travel through diverse environments during your adventure.
