After several delays, Playstack and Kumi Souls Games today officially released The Last Faith on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Nintendo Switch, and it is being sold at a price of €26.99.
For the uninitiated, The Last Faith is a new metroidvania title that, in addition to pixelated graphics and a striking gothic visual style and design, also brings a mix of soulsike elements that are primarily reflected in a complex and precise battle in which any serious mistake will cost the player their life. The game also offers an impressive arsenal of melee and fire weapons and spells, thanks to which each player will be able to build his own unique playing style.
Players will have the opportunity to explore rich, gothic environments to piece together the fractured history of Mythringal and survive intense encounters against hordes of enemies who will stop at nothing to put an end to the game's protagonist, Eryk. Perhaps the easiest way to compare this game is to Blasphemous, from which it clearly draws inspiration.
