The multiplayer extraction horror FPS game, Level Zero: Extraction, was the second-most played game during Steam Next Fest. Recently, tinyBuild announced that it’s launching this year on August 6th for PC via Steam Early Access.

This announcement follows an extremely successful open beta, which was tried by over 300,000 players. In Level Zero: Extraction, you will experience a completely new approach to the genre, combining asymmetrical horror games with tactical extraction shooters to create a unique gaming experience.

You can play as human mercenaries fighting for valuable loot or as deadly alien monsters. The game offers intense first-person combat with impressive shooting and melee mechanics. As a human, you will have access to a vast arsenal of weapons and gadgets to help you survive, while as an alien, you will hunt humans using various abilities.

The game also features a deep progression system with a variety of items and perks to unlock. A unique gameplay mechanic is that aliens can only be killed by light, allowing you, as a human, to strategically use light sources across the map to fend off the monsters.

The new trailer showcases high-stakes action in an asymmetrical PvPvE environment, tactical FPS combat, and truly unpredictable surprises, which you can watch below.
