The psychological thriller KARMA: The Dark World, created by Chinese developer Pollard Studio, received a new trailer as part of last night's Wired Direct 24. This innovative title explores the boundaries of narrative design and technology, with fascinating concepts and next-gen visuals, creating a true cinematic masterpiece.

The location is East Germany in the year 1984, in a dystopian world ruled by the Leviathan corporation. KARMA takes players deep into a world where twisted creations hide out of sight and keep their secrets. You will discover the truth in a dark story of love, loss and deception as you play as Daniel, an agent of Leviathan. You will delve into the memories of suspects to retrace their steps and piece together your investigations, but you must be careful, because the human psyche is a dangerous place where emotion, will and desire hold power.

For now, it is known that this title will be available on PC via Steam, while more information on Xbox and PlayStation availability will be announced at a later date.

"I saw something very special in Karma: The Dark World. It evokes, emotions and provokes players to think, feel and question everything. Pollard Studio wanted to create an intense cinematic experience, and I’m delighted we’re able to work so closely with them. It’s truly an exciting game that I can’t wait to reveal more about.”
