Publisher 11 bit studios and developer Odd Meter announced that narrative adventure Indika releases for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG on May 8 this year.

Indika is a narrative and story-rich adventure from a third-person perspective, set in an alternative Russia of the late 19th century, where religious visions clash with harsh reality. INDIKA is about a young nun who embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the most unusual companion by her side, the devil himself.

Themes of faith and authority are prevalent throughout Indika's journey and she will face many questions along the way. Players will be tasked with guiding her through a series of challenges to discover the answers before she completes her lifelong odyssey. Indika will primarily be focused on solving puzzles, there is no combat system as this is still a linear adventure game focused on the story. More precisely, 30% of the time you will be solving puzzles, 30% listening to dialogues, 30% watching cut scenes.

In terms of gameplay, INDIKA seamlessly blends narrative with environmental puzzles and platformer elements, touching on themes rarely explored in video games. See what you can expect from this game in the trailer below.
