After seven years in the making, the highly anticipated science-fiction hack-and-stealth game EVOTINCTION is set to launch on September 13. Available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam, this title from publishers Astrolabe Games and Perp Games, developed by Spikewave Games, promises over ten hours of fully-voiced story content, innovative level designs, and sophisticated hacking mechanics.

Set in the near future, EVOTINCTION takes you to a remote research facility named HERE. The facility’s AI system, once a marvel of technological advancement, falls victim to a virus called RED, turning rogue and starting to attack humans. Dr. Liu, a key figure in the facility’s research and development, decides to infiltrate the facility alone. His mission: uncover the truth, confront the rogue AI, and save humanity.

Dr. Liu, a key figure in the facility’s research and development, decides to infiltrate the facility alone. His mission: uncover the truth, confront the rogue AI, and save humanity.

Unlike traditional protagonists, Dr. Liu is an ordinary researcher with no combat training. His strength lies in his technical prowess, allowing him to hack, disrupt, and manipulate. You will utilize an array of gadgets to navigate the facility, including long-range signal disruptors, radio and electromagnetic jammers, hologram illusions, malware implants and system takeovers.
