The space property development game Space for Sale will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam this summer, priced at $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99, publisher THQ Nordic and developer Mirage Game Studios have announced.

Space for Sale follows the delightful journey of an intergalactic property developer on a mission to build hospitable dwellings, cozy lodgings, and luxurious estates. As the game progresses, your list of alien clients will grow, as will their demands. The housing market in this game is all about location, so you will venture out to discover the wonders scattered throughout your solar system and, more importantly, try to turn them into profitable ventures.
The game features a procedurally generated landscape, allowing you to explore picturesque environments on multiple planets. However, some local flora and fauna may not be welcoming to outsiders. By observing and experimenting with the local lifeforms, you might be able to win them over. Understanding how these creatures have adapted to harsh biomes can help you enhance your structures and gadgets.
Additionally, Space for Sale supports two-player multiplayer, enabling friends to play together in drop-in/drop-out multiplayer mode.
