Neva is an emotionally charged new adventure from the visionary team behind the acclaimed indie hit Gris. In the new gameplay trailer revealed at the Summer Game Fest, Nomada Studio has given players their first look at the game in action.
After a traumatic encounter with dark forces, Alba finds herself bonded with a curious and mischievous wolf cub. Together, they will navigate increasingly perilous situations, helping each other along the way. The wolf will grow and mature over time, deepening its bond with Alba as they explore a cursed, decaying world together.
Building on the success achieved with Gris, the game will feature platforming, puzzles, and battles against monstrous enemies, with minimal user interface, delicate art, high-quality traditional animation, and striking music. The video showcases the first glimpses of the game's beautiful artwork, stylized combat, and majestic landscapes. Neva delivers a poignant story of a young woman, Alba, and her lifelong bond with a magnificent wolf as they embark on an epic adventure through a dying world.
This title will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch consoles later this year.
