EA and Maxis today unveiled a new expansion pack for The Sims 4 called For rent which will bring us the possibility of becoming property owners. The new Tomaranga townscape will be added with the pack, bringing with it a night market, botanical gardens, an animal sanctuary, new residential land, neighborhoods and more. Also, this expansion introduces multi-family plots, allowing players to build apartment buildings, rent out their basements, or even experience tenant challenges.
You can experience a new neighborhood as a property owner or tenant, where you will fix utilities, create a unique community and manage housing facilities. You will also have to deal with unruly neighbors. Whether you're picking up mail or participating in community events, expect to bump into familiar faces around every corner.
The Sims 4: For Rent is set to release on December 7 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Pre-orders are available for eager fans looking to secure their place in this exciting new world, they will also have access to The Street Eats digital content, allowing them to bring the tantalizing flavors of the night market into their Sims' homes with a barbecue cart, street umbrella and fruit basket.
