Publisher tinyBuild and development studio DogHowl Games announced today that Level Zero: Extraction, the upcoming first-person extraction and multiplayer horror game formerly known as Level Zero, will be conducting a closed beta test on Steam starting March 15, 2024.

In this game, players engage in extraction missions, with three teams of three mercenaries competing to secure loot. Simultaneously, two players assume the roles of vicious aliens, hunting human opponents from the shadows in PvPvE combat. Immerse yourself in first-person combat, featuring realistic shooting and close-quarters dynamics, along with advanced health systems, animations, and movements.

Equip yourself from a wide range of weapons and survival devices: from rifles, shotguns, flamethrowers, to grenades, mines, or motion sensors and traps. This includes machetes, hammers, remote controls and flares. On the other hand, you can use alien powers like acid, living traps, crawling, EMP screams, and heartbeat scanning to hunt down humans.

A new gameplay trailer was also revealed, highlighting the unique combination of sci-fi survival horror and a tense, high-stakes shooter. Level Zero: Extraction is releasing for PC via Steam Early Access sometime this year.
