Publisher Future Friends Games and developer Helder Pinto announced during the Indie World Showcase that the adventure game Europa is also coming to Nintendo Switch alongside the previously announced PC (Steam) version later this year. The Switch demo is available on the Nintendo eShop.
On the moon Europa, a lush terraformed paradise in Jupiter's shadow, an android named Zee sets out in search of answers. In the game, you will run, glide and fly across the landscape, exploring mysteries in the ruins of a fallen utopia. What we've seen looks extremely lush and relaxing, blending The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's open-world puzzles with Studio Ghibli's art style.
Europe is a relaxing adventure with elements of exploration and solving various puzzles. As you travel, you will gradually upgrade the capabilities of your Zephyr jetpack, which allows you to explore the beautiful landscapes of the game's namesake moon, where the story of the last surviving man and his relationship with nature awaits us.
