ID@Xbox Showcase has revealed that action RPG Dungeons of Hinterberg will finally be available on July 18th, after being delayed at the end of February. While dungeons are usually dark and scary, in this game they look like colorful, vibrant places just waiting to be explored.
Dungeons of Hinterberg combines hack 'n' slash action, puzzle solving and social elements, allowing you to battle monstrous creatures from Alpine myth and form friendships. Namely, this game will be decorated with special gameplay mechanics that will relate to the socialization of the main protagonist Luise. During her adventure and exploration, she will meet new characters, build relationships with them, and the continuation of her adventure will depend on these relationships.
To celebrate this announcement, Microids decided to open an official open playtest for the game. Playtest submissions are now open via the official Steam page , and will last from May 9 to 16. Players will have the opportunity to experience Hinterberg in its full glory, participating in the first two days of the game by traveling through the dungeon of the same name.
Dungeons of Hinterberg will be available for PC (Steam) and Xbox Series X/S with Xbox Game Pass from day one.
