From securing a publisher in Maxium Entertainment to adding a console version, Selfloss is now inviting players to dive in for the first time with a demo available on PlayStation 5. The game will be launching on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Players can also try the demo now available on Steam.
Selfloss is a dark fantasy action-adventure game rich with lore, set in a post-apocalyptic, whale-worshiping world. You play as Kazimir, an old healer on a quest to cure a mysterious disease that has overrun the land. Additionally, the game weaves themes of grief, loss, ecology, and conservation into its narrative.
Embark on an epic journey by boat and on foot to find a ritual to heal your soul wound. Use the light of your magic staff to fight the Miasm, the disease plaguing the world. Along the way, you’ll meet memorable characters and uncover Slavic and Icelandic myths, helping others overcome their hardships and grief.
Selfloss features strategic and dynamic combat, allowing you to control both Kazimir and his staff independently. Physical versions will be available for PS5 and Nintendo Switch, with pre-orders now open at retailers, including Signature Edition Games.
